PAN, Aadhaar and a photograph for the authorised signatory. Companies and LLPs also need their incorporation certificate and a board resolution or authorisation letter.

Most submissions are reviewed within 24-48 hours. If a document needs a re-upload, we tell you exactly what to fix - you can see the status any time on your dashboard.

Is the document kit a real signed document?

Accepted Answer

Yes - your rent agreement, NOC and utility bill are generated with your actual details once KYC is approved, e-signed through our online signing flow, and available to download as PDF.

Will a GST officer actually visit my address?

Often, yes - it depends on your jurisdiction. We coordinate directly with you ahead of any expected visit and can install signage with your company name so the address is easy to verify.

What happens if the visit does not go well?

If a re-visit is required, we work with you to resolve it - usually a documentation or signage gap. Your dashboard shows the readiness checklist so nothing is left to guess.

How does mail handling work?

Every item received at your address is scanned and available in your dashboard, up to your plan's monthly allowance. You can request forwarding (for a fee) or have it shredded.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Auto-renew is off by default. You will see a renewal reminder and countdown on your dashboard before your term ends, and can turn auto-renew on any time.
