Every plan starts with the same three documents. What differs is whether you also need a registered office that satisfies company law, and what has to be signed alongside the kit. Pick your entity to see which applies.
Private Limited Company

What this entity needsLimited Liability Partnership
Registered officeRegistered office for LLP incorporation and annual filings, plus GST registration.
What this entity needsOne Person Company
Registered officeRegistered office and GST address for a single-member company.
What this entity needsPartnership Firm
GST principal place of business, plus an address for the firm's registration with the Registrar of Firms.
What this entity needsSole Proprietorship
A commercial address for GST registration, kept separate from your home address.

Registered officeThe address proof has to exist before you file, not after. Start here if you have not incorporated yet.
What this entity needsEvery kit contains these three, whatever you are registering
- Rent agreement, signed and executed
- No-objection certificate from the property owner
- Recent utility bill for the premises
Anything beyond these three is entity-specific - a board resolution for a company, an authorisation letter for a partnership, nothing extra for a proprietor.
