1. Before KYC approval

If you cancel before your KYC is approved and before your document kit has been issued, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment gateway fees already incurred.

2. After document kit issuance

Once your document kit has been generated and signed, the rent agreement, NOC and utility bill exist as executed documents. We are unable to offer a refund at this stage, since the address and documents have already been issued for your use.

3. Renewals

Renewal invoices are refundable in full if requested before the new term begins. Once a renewed term has started, the same policy in section 2 applies.

4. Add-ons

One-time add-ons (such as the signage board or express document kit) are non-refundable once fulfilled. Annual add-ons (such as extra mail scans) follow the same policy as the base plan.

5. How to request a refund

Contact support with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
