1. What we collect

To provide GST registration and company incorporation support, we collect identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, photograph), incorporation documents where applicable, and contact details for your authorised signatory. We also retain scanned copies of mail received at your address.

2. How we use it

We use your documents to generate your rent agreement, NOC and utility bill, to support KYC verification, and to coordinate GST officer visits. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with the property owner or centre operator (for the rent agreement and NOC), payment processors (for billing), and government authorities where legally required (for example, during GST verification).

4. Data retention

We retain KYC documents and mail records for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to meet statutory recordkeeping obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting support - subject to any documents we are required to retain by law.

6. Security

Documents are stored with encryption at rest and access is limited to staff who need it to process your order, KYC review, or mail handling.
