1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a virtual office plan from 24x7 Virtual Spaces Limited("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. What we provide

Each plan includes a commercial address, a document kit (rent agreement, NOC from owner, and utility bill, with additional documents on higher tiers), mail handling up to your plan's monthly allowance, and support during GST officer verification visits. Specific inclusions are listed on the pricing page and in your order confirmation.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit during KYC, for using the address only for lawful business purposes, and for keeping your account details current. We may decline or suspend service if submitted documents cannot be verified.

4. Term and renewal

Plans run for a 12-month term from the date of activation. Auto-renew is off by default; you will receive a renewal reminder before your term ends. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays in mail handling, GST officer scheduling, or third-party processing times. Our total liability in any case is limited to the fees paid for the plan in question over the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
